Salaam Leads Delaware Athletes in the AOC in Raleigh
Kamilah Salaam of Glasgow made the finals in both the 100 and 200, finishing 7th in the 100 (11.83, 11.82q) and 8th in the 200 (24.68, 24.76q).  Tatnall's Meredith Lambert was 16th in the 2 Mile run (10:59.12).  McKean's Mandy Stille TJ'ed 36'.25 to get 13th and ran the 400 hurdles in 1:06.03 while teammate Cetera Bunche finished 17th in the 800 (2:14.75)
    On the boys side, Shawn Thomas of Smyrna threw the Disc 161'04 to finish 16th.  Salesianum competed in both the 4 Mile (18:33.14) and 2 Mile relays (8:01.30) TJ Meany, Ryan Hamill and Tom Lord ran both with Mike Zeberkiewicz in the 4x8 and frosh Joe Donnelly in the 4x1 mile.  Donnelly ran the frosh boys 1 mile (442.74, 18th) as did Alex Gambogi (446.15, 24th)
