New Castle County Coaches Cross Country and Track Association (N5CTA) was created to serve and promote the state of Delaware high school sports of Cross Country, Indoor Track and Field and Outdoor Track and Field. We sponsor All-State teams in all three sports and recognize these athletes as well as All County athletes and team MVPs at end-of-season banquets. We organize and direct meets to support that purpose.
Coaches meetings are open to the public and are held on the second Tuesday of the month from September to May except in November, when the meeting is held on the Tuesday after the state meet.
